United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile. Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, subject to applicable mandatory laws.
3. Services and pricing
We provide professional consulting and related services as described in the relevant service page, quotation, proposal or invoice. Each offer specifies the scope, deliverables, delivery timing, applicable charges and transaction currency before the customer pays. Work outside the agreed scope may require an additional quotation.
4. Accepted payment methods and currency
Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment when the payment gateway is activated. The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the transaction receipt. The amount charged to the card will be shown in the cardholder's card currency, subject to any currency conversion and fees applied by the issuing bank. Other payment methods are available only if specifically displayed and enabled at checkout.
5. Restricted countries and transactions

9. Payment confirmations
Once payment is received, a payment confirmation notice will be sent to the email supplied by the customer within 24 hours. Customers should contact us if confirmation is not received within that period.
10. Cancellation, refunds and returns
