1. Scope
This policy covers consulting, research, advisory, training and other professional services sold by Worthwhile Consulting FZE LLC through https://www.worthwhileconsulting.org/.
2. Cancellation requests
Customers may request cancellation by email to info@worthwhileconsulting.org within 24 hours after placing an order, provided that the purchased service has not yet commenced and no bespoke work has been performed. The request must include the customer name, order or invoice number, payment date and reason for cancellation. Cancellation requests made later are reviewed against the applicable proposal, agreed service milestones and mandatory legal rights.
3. Eligible refunds
An approved refund may be issued for duplicate payment, payment charged in error, a cancelled service that has not commenced, or a service not provided where a refund is due under the service agreement or applicable law. If services have partially commenced, any refund will be assessed against work properly performed and the agreed engagement terms, subject to applicable law. Where we are unable to deliver an agreed service, we will offer a reasonable remedy, which may include rescheduling, replacement performance or a refund.
4. Non-refundable circumstances
Completed or fully delivered services are ordinarily non-refundable once accepted or consumed, except where required by applicable law or an express contractual guarantee. Fees for custom work already properly completed may be non-refundable to the extent allowed by law and disclosed before purchase. This does not remove legal rights for defective, misdescribed or undelivered services.
5. How to request a refund
Email info@worthwhileconsulting.org with the order/invoice number, payment date, amount, reason, and supporting documentation. We will review the request and communicate the decision through email. Additional information may be requested to validate the payment.
6. Refund method and timing
Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card. Processing time after the refund is initiated is subject to the payment processor and issuing bank. We do not issue cash refunds for card payments.
7. Chargebacks and disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact us first to resolve billing issues. This policy does not restrict chargeback rights or rights available under applicable law.
8. Agreement-specific terms
Where a signed proposal clearly provides more specific cancellation milestones, these will apply to the extent permitted by law and disclosed before payment.
