1. Payment methods
Worthwhile Consulting FZE LLC accepts Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED when the Telr gateway and these card methods are approved and enabled. Other payment methods may be offered only when displayed as available at checkout. The Website will not claim a method is available before its activation.
2. Checkout pricing and receipts
The final service description, applicable price, taxes or fees (if any), and currency will be displayed before payment confirmation. The displayed price and currency at checkout will match the price and currency on the transaction receipt. Amounts charged to a card may be shown in the cardholder's card currency by the issuing bank, and any bank conversion or foreign-transaction charges are the card issuer's responsibility.
3. Payment confirmation
Once payment is made and received, a confirmation notice will be sent to the customer's registered email address within 24 hours of receipt. Customers should retain the email, invoice and transaction receipt and contact info@worthwhileconsulting.org if confirmation does not arrive.
4. Payment processing and security
Card details are submitted through authorised, secure payment-processing facilities; Worthwhile Consulting FZE LLC does not intentionally collect or store complete card details or card security codes on its own server. Payments are subject to security checks by the processor and issuing bank.
5. Country and sanctions restrictions
We do not accept transactions prohibited under applicable sanctions or the rules of our acquiring bank and payment processor. Where required by the bank, restricted countries and related payment instruments are excluded from checkout.
6. Failed or duplicated transactions
A failed attempt does not confirm an order. If you believe you were charged twice or charged without a successful order, contact info@worthwhileconsulting.org with your transaction reference; do not email full card details.
7. Refunds and cancellations
See our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Return Policy for Services. Approved card refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing can take 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank.
